HSD is constantly required to provide customised development for its clients. The following are examples:

Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE)

This client has significant relevance to our experience within the government sector, as HSD has provided the following services to OTTE since our first engagement in 1999: -

HSD has assisted OTTE by taking over the application development of STAR. HSD brought rigour and quality to the application which had not been previously been built into the solutions design and coding standards. HSD continues to provide additional functionality as required by the various units, which use STAR.

HSD has provided OTTE with a consistent, reliable and efficient means of authenticating and authorising user access to application resources for all web & desktop applications that reside on OTTE’s systems known as CAAS (Common Authentication and Authorisations Solution).

Department of Education and Training (DE&T)

HSD has worked with DE&T on an ongoing basis since 1998 and was on the previous Facilities Management, therefore we believe this reference to be extremely relevant to the tender.

In the previous undertaking HSD was able to provide DE&T with a solutions development service for the PRMS Audit 2000 Project. As there was no product existing in the marketplace at that time, HSD was awarded the contract based on the success of the Compliance Audit Project.
