HSD has built many Windows database applications for various business units of CML, including Officeworks and K-Mart Tyre and Auto. The strength of our relationship with CML lies in our commitment to quality, our enthusiasm towards cooperating with CML’s development teams and our ability to manage the projects from start to finish.

The relationship between Coles Myer and HSD has been formalised by the establishment of a ‘Software Development Agreement’.

HSD has provided the integration of various systems into the Coles business units and has provided consulting and project management, business analysis, workflow re-engineering, functional requirements, system specifications, application design, development and implementation into the working environment.

The work specific to Myer Grace Brothers includes:

Rebates System for the Rebates department which works in conjunction with their mainframe system.

A Travel allowance application.
