HSD has recently implemented a Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) system for the Global Carbon Capture and Storage
Institute (GCCSI) based in Canberra.
The GCCSI will use the system to manage all its stakeholders,
members and projects and will be used by staff in Australia,
Europe, Asia and North America.
As GCCSI required a rapid implementation, HSD used a phased approach working closely with the client to ensure that the functionality met their needs.
HSD also provided training and continues to support this critical system.
