But if you have an in-house team that can take care of everything, then we also have a package for you. It’s the Self Service Package.

What's the difference in the packages?
HSD Managed Implementation Package
HSD can manage your implementation. We start with analysing your requirements, propose the best suited workflow and reporting options from DCMA, configure and deliver. We also provide data migration and training services so that you get the most out of your system from day 1.
Self Service Package
Self-service package is the right one for you if you have in-house capability of configuring your case management. Process templates, documentation and up to 8 hours of training is included with this package.
Service Add-ons Available
HSD provides a full range of services for the deployment and extension of solutions based on DCMA. These services have been tailored to the needs of DCMA customers and provide targeted results for specific needs. The services available include:
